You don't even need amazing skills; with the tools available today, if you just have a sense for it, then you can find tools that make it possible for you to get great results. Freelance platforms are a great place to start, and you can charge great rates. You can do this from anywhere, and you don't have to sit in front of your computer at a certain time.

If you have an interest in health coaching and the knowledge for it, then this could be a great option for you. One great platform to find jobs like that is FlexJobs. They have a process where they make sure that it's only legit jobs and serious employers. There is a small fee to register, but it's worth it.
